1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DisplayList.fun ("the Service"), operated by Don't Stop LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Service.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using your email address. We utilize email one-time passwords (OTP) for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email account and any OTP codes sent to you. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create, upload, or share any lists or content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any lists, items, and other content you create on the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Don't Stop LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods specifically for the purpose of providing the Service to you (such as syncing to your Meta Ray-Ban glasses).

6. Hardware Integrations

The Service is designed to be viewed on third-party hardware, specifically Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses via their built-in web browser functionality. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Meta hardware is subject to Meta's own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the hardware itself or changes to Meta's browser capabilities that may affect the functionality of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, DON'T STOP LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DON'T STOP LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Illinois.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
