Most of this release came from your replies, so thank you. The theme is simple: fewer reasons to take the phone out.
Your glasses stay paired for months
Pairing used to expire after a week, and a week later you were typing a six-character code again. A pairing now lasts six months of use. Open DisplayList in your glasses and the list is there. If you do see a code, it is because you unpaired or have not opened the app in half a year.
Pairing tells you when it worked
After you enter the code at displaylist.fun, the page waits for your glasses and says when they are connected. No more guessing whether the code took. If the glasses do not answer within a minute, the page says so and offers a fresh code.
Reset a list, and undo a delete
Lists have a Reset list button. When the weekly shop is done, tap it and every item is unchecked and ready for next week. You can also clear only the checked items. Deleting an item or a list now shows an Undo button for a few seconds, so one wrong tap costs nothing.
Start from a few common choices
A new list offers a few common starting points: groceries, packing, chores, a to-do list. Pick one and the list is named and seeded with the usual items, or start blank. Grocery lists also suggest the things most people add, so milk and eggs are a tap away.
Now in Italian
DisplayList speaks Italian, just in time for the glasses to arrive in Italy. That makes eleven languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Thai and Chinese.
What's next
A way to add to a list without touching the phone at all. More on that soon.

Ten languages, and your last list first
DisplayList appears in your language, on the web and in your glasses. The list you opened last is the first thing you see, and checked items move to the bottom.

Talk to your list
Say "Hey Meta, add eggs" with a list open in your glasses and it is on the list. Checking off and reading back work the same way, through WebMCP.

What WebMCP is and how to turn it on
WebMCP is a Meta developer preview for Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses. To turn it on, open the Meta AI app, go to Developer Mode, and switch on WebMCP for your glasses. With DisplayList, that means you can speak to an open list and Meta AI can add items, check them off, or read back what is left.
